Refund & Return Policy
Introduction
At PostersHub, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help with our 30-day return policy.
Eligibility for Returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Returns are only accepted under the following circumstances:
- Incorrect Item: The item you received is not the one you ordered.
- Damaged Product: The product you received is damaged.
- Non-Delivery: The item has not arrived within 30 days of placing your order.
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please ensure you have your order number ready when requesting a return.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at postershub.store@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note:
- Authorization Required: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
- Tracked Delivery: Returns must be sent using a tracked delivery method to our returns address, at your expense.
Return Shipping Costs
- Buyer’s Responsibility: You are responsible for all return shipping costs. We cannot cover additional shipping expenses.
- Recycling Fee: As all posters are made to order, a 20% recycling fee will be applied to all returned items.
- Designer Commission Deduction: We will also deduct the designer commission that was paid for the poster.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If you discover any defects, damage, or receive the wrong item, contact us within 72 hours at postershub.store@gmail.com so we can address the issue promptly.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Please note that we do not accept returns on:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Exchanges
Since all orders are custom-made to order, we do not offer exchanges. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If you are an EU customer, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, and without justification. As with other returns, the item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Failed Deliveries or Returned to Sender
Please ensure your name and delivery address are complete and accurate when placing your order. Consider adding a telephone number to your order to assist with delivery. We do not refund orders that are returned due to failed delivery, returned to sender, or refused delivery.
Customs and Duties
Most orders are not subject to customs or duties. However, if your country's import authority requests import, customs, or duties, these must be paid before the item is released. We do not refund orders returned to sender due to non-payment of taxes or duties.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
